this is what's on my mind.....
-I want to scrapbook 4 years of pictures of my boys before March when I have the baby. I told my friend and my husband this and they laughed (I don't blame them). Maybe I should prove them wrong. I tried to start but I ended up looking at pictures for over 2 hours and crying because I looked so skinny in them and my kids were so little.
-I can't stand the old school Zelda...maybe it is because I don't understand the point of the game, or because it is actually really lame. Sorry...just my opinion, even though I have no reason to think this other than the way it looks. For some reason Ike loves it...I actually remember my mom playing it while my brothers were at school when I was little.
-I have a hard time watching people lose loved ones. It consumes my mind. I ache and can't imagine how it would really be if it were me in their shoes. I don't think I could survive it...but I will try not to think about it too much.
-Luke told me today that I was a big mommy. Then he quickly told me that I was the prettiest mommy ever, so that made up for it, kind of.
-I hate that my voice is soft....but I also love that it isn't too loud. Like today at Arctic Circle. This lady kept yelling "Joshuah...stop it now!". Only she wasn't yelling, she was just talking and it came out that way. It was really loud. My soft voice does make me sound nicer...even when I'm trying not to be nice, so that's a good thing sometimes.
-I like to sing and dance to Miley Cyrus's song "Party in the USA". I know all of the words. It makes me happy and I don't care if you hate it. I needed a pick me up today and it was just what I needed. It makes my kids smile too.
-I'm so lazy that most mornings I make my bed while I am laying in it...then I carefully slide out the side. I could be lazier and not even make my bed I guess.
-This is my 3rd post this year...now that is a reason to celebrate! I figure some thoughts are better than no thoughts, right? Next time I will try to have a cute picture to share....I haven't pulled my camera out in over 2 weeks!

You are awesome! :)
I love that Miley Cyrus song too, Kenadie and I rocked out to it on the way home from the store the other night, it was great fun!
just in case you were wondering...
1. you can't compare your size in pre-pregnancy photos while you're pregnant.
2. you are beautiful.
3. I'm not a fan of Zelda.
4. I'm glad you don't have a mean, loud voice.
5. I never make my bed.
6. You are awesome.
7. lets PARTY IN THE USA!!!
I think making your bed while you are in it sounds like a lot more energy than getting out of bed and pulling the covers up. . . except the getting out of bed part. . . lately I can't do that until 11:00. So I think if you are getting out of bed at all, you are doing awesome. I think that scrapbooking four years of photos in two and a half months sounds like a huge undertaking. . . which means if you actually got it done you would be amazing and that I think would make you very happy, you should try it. and as for being my cousin, of course you are. And I love reading your blog, so yes you were one of the very people I was thinking of as I wrote that post. So thank you for keeping a blog, I love it.
oh jana, i love your blog posts. you need to do it more often. i do the same exact thing when i try to scrapbook/put pictures in albums - end up just looking through them all reminiscing and wishing i looked that way still. and i used to play zelda when iw as young, but i hardly remember it. what a weird game. what was the point of it again?
So you should post a video of you singing that "Miley" song. Why not? We will like it! Just have Luke hold the camera while you sing. (Jen agrees with me)
I'm having a hard time with Laura and Preston's loss, also. It is so hard to see people hurting so bad and know that you would be feeling the same. And yes, I loved conquering Zelda! Go me Go!! Even if it took way too much of my time during that time. Love all your thoughts - in fact -- Love ya! Love ya! Love ya!
